More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Site layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling different parts of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.

Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
